mp3 Youtube Converters

So I decided because at the top of my blog part of my description says music I might as well write something about music.  To tell the truth I just found out about mp3 converters yea I know it's pretty sad.  I was using youtube and it wouldn't load so someone I know asked me why I don't just use a converter.  Then he told me how to use one and now it's my new best friend.  I'm pretty much in love with it, which is pretty fair considering I am a complete iTunes freak.  I have 339 songs and they ALL came from iTunes so I was pretty stoked when I found that I can get songs for free without getting a virus:)  I'm also really liking Coldplays new album Mylo Xyloto, hey it's pretty good!! I like Paradise and Princess of China a lot too.  At a Remembrance Day ceremony the song Better Than A Hallelujah by Amy Grant was sung and it was really pretty that's a good one too.  Anyway if you're like me and either haven't used a converter or don't know how they are super easy and I highly recommend them:)

P.S. Don't judge me about the whole not knowing about the converter thing:P

The Immortal Instruments Series

So a while ago someone I know got me the first Immortal Instruments book called City of Bones for my birthday.  I thought I'd lost it but I found it two days ago and honestly I basically didn't do anything else but read it.  It is A-mazing!  Today I went and got the second and third books, City of Ashes and City of Glass.  I love them, really I kinda want to read my book right now so I'm trying to write this fast:P  It's a little confusing to explain you really have to read it to get it.  In a nutshell it's about a girl called Clary who's mother disappears, she is then introduced to the world of the Shadowhunters.  The Shadowhunters are a group of people who kill demons and half-demons.  She finds her mother was a Shadowhunter but she was hiding - not from the monsters but the people.  Then her life is changed for-e-v-e-r.  Yea I know total cliche, but true.  Really good read, has my stamp of approval.
P.S. The series is by Cassandra Clare

How to Tell Someone off When They Don't Hand out Halloween Candy

I just read the funniest thing, honestly this just made my day! So somewhere in Oshawa, Ontario there was a guy who didn't hand out Halloween candy.  The kids on his block did the most hilarious thing EVER!! They wrote this letter:
When I read this I thought it was the best thing ever, when the guy they sent it to got it, he uploaded it online and posted somewhere something like:
"Dear Children of Entitlement (and likely their parents), you have gone ahead and reminded me of why I do not want children, and why I weep for the future."
He also said something about buying a huge bag of candy and eating it all with his friends on Saturday night.  Anyway I thought this was just great:D

Forever 21's "Oriental Girl" Necklace

People are getting way to worked up over things.
For example this is what Forever 21 calls their "Oriental Girl" necklace.  I for one don't have a problem with this at all.  They probably used Oriental instead of Asian because that would have sparked a whole new controversy.  In my opinion Oriental is a better choice of word.  But seriously how is this offending its just the name of a necklace.  The family that owns Forever 21 is a Korean-American family, so they must not have had a problem with it!  I know J.C. Penny had a shirt for girls that said: "I'm too pretty to do my homework so my brother has to do it for me", yea I get how that is quite offending, but I seriously don't get how the name of a necklace is too.  True it could be sold for a little more than $1.50, but it's just a cute necklace.  I bet most people who own it don't even know what's it's called.
